Port Dickson 1st - 3rd August

We checked in to our water chalet at Avillion Port Dickson at about 4pm. We got a chalet furthest from the main building of the hotel as we requested for more quiet one. Mun2 liked this room as well, as there's a nice day-bed overlooking the sea.

After settling down, we left for Port Dickson town for the supermarket and dinner. We were not familiar with this place and as it was drizzling and getting dark when we hunt for dinner, we settled with having KFC.

After dinner, we rested in our chalet and Mun2 had a blast playing with the 'curtains' of the four-poster bed. She was having so much fun that she struggled and cried loudly when we forced her to sleep.

The next morning, the weather was great! We woke up with the nice morning sun on our balcony.

We then made our way to the petting farm! Mun2 was excited when she saw lots of rabbits and chicken the day before, si I think she would be surprised that she could actually touch them!

Waiting for 10am!

We're in! We had to show Mun2 how to feed the rabbits a few times before she realised what we were doing. There were so many rabbits and they were clean and not afraid of people.

Mun2 thought she needs to pull the rabbit ears...

We could even stroke the chickens and roosters!

Mun2 not afraid of touching the rabbits!

Suddenly, Mun2 just knew how to feed the rabbits!

She looked like an expert now! When the rabbits get a bit aggressive, she just pushed them away...

After the petting farm, we went to hotel's private beach, which is just next to our room. The sand was very fine and clean - I saw the hotel staff sweeping the beach early in the morning.

Mun2 didn't really like the sand. After a while, she sat down and slowly picked out the sand stuck on her foot - one by one :S

One of the chalet is ours!

After cleaning up, we went to Seremban for a lunch and a walk around town. We were not familiar with Seremban, so we just drove around and stopped to take some photos. Lunch was at a mamak near Seremban Parade. Mun2 like Maggi Goreng :S

On the way back to PD, there's a lot of keropok stalls by the roadside, so I got my fix of keropok and PCA his fix of goreng pisang!
After Mun2 woke up from her nap, it's swimming time!
After that, we got ready to drive out for dinner, not before taking some photos at the hotel grounds...

The walkway connecting some of the chalets

We then drove to nearby town, Lukut and chose a Chinese restaurant which had quite a number of diners. We had some clams, oyster egg and tofu - which were all quite good!

The next day, we had to wake Mun2 up, so that she won't miss feeding the rabbits.

More feeding and petting!

After feeding the rabbits we packed and checked out from Avillion PD. We were then off to Melaka for a short trip and lunch.

Mun2 slept throughout the 1 hour+ drive from PD to Melaka. She woke up when we parked our car at Jonker Street. First stop - chicken rice!

They were very good! (maybe we were hungry...)

After lunch, a walk at the world heritage site

We then stopped for Durian Chendol and some air-conditioning - Melaka is always so hot!

Mun: I'm not a durian or chendol!

Mun: 'Kor!'
After the tea break, we left Melaka for Singapore. That's all for our cuti-cuti Malaysia! :)
