Mun2 is 22 months old today. She is now 80cm tall, and weighed around 10kg :)
And, she is officially diaper-free now (even at night)! She was actually diaper free for a few weeks already. On October 1st, she just suddenly refused to pee and poo into her diapers! Before that, she kept wetting herself, even with diapers as her diaper couldn't contain all her urine, esp when she woke up in the morning. She would keep crying, afraid of wetting herself. Then suddenly on Oct 1st, she just kept shouting and crying, with her diapers still dry, until we put her in the potty.
It was a stressful few weeks (until now, actually!) because 1) she couldn't tell us that she wants to 'shh shh' or 'emm emm', 2) she couldn't pull down her pants to go to the potty herself & 3) she wouldn't want to go to public toilets! So, now we got to put her in the potty every 2-3 hours, or when she tried to pull her pants, or when she touched her buttocks. The stress comes when we go out and she refused to enter public toilets. Only occasionally she would enter and pee...
At night, she could go whole night without wetting herself (around 10 hours!) but when she woke up, sometimes she would cry as she wanted to pee badly! :S Now, occasionally she would tell us or walked to the toilet to let us know, but sometimes, she still throw tantrums when she was frustrated that she couldn't get her message across...
Anyway, Mun2 nearly knows all her alphabets now, and even phonics! We had tried to recite the alphabets in order and randomly, and she could tell us their corresponding phonics. We had also tried with the sound, and she could tell us most of the alphabets corresponding to the sound... When we were outside, she would love to look out for words or rather, alphabets, and can get very excited when she could recognise the alphabet. She still love animals, and she had taken a liking for musical instruments as well.
And, she loved to snack! She likes all things crispy!
Mun2 recently liked to play masak-masak. We saw this kitchen set at Toys R Us - cheap and can be stored in a box (which is the base of the kitchen). So we bought this as early Christmas present for her.
Kitchen fully up and running.. the stove can be 'turned on' with lights and sound!

We made a short trip to KL to meet up with some old friends.
Look who we spotted shopping at Lot10 - The Prime Minister. Guess he had his day-offs as well....
Mun2 woke up quite early today (9+ is early for her!!). So we decided to try the breakfast at Casa Verde, Botanical Gardens and for morning stroll, since it's holiday! Unfortunately, the place was packed!! A lot of people had the same idea as us. So in the end, we just took our morning stroll...
We bumped into Vincent and family - what a coincidence! Mun2 'played' with Wayne and Shawn for a while... I think the photos were in Vincent's camera...
When the rained subsided after a while, we went in to the zoo. We saw some tamarins and then there's a HUGE lightning + thunder... so we went home after that :S Luckily we were using Zoo pass... Kau-foo said 'shortest zoo trip, ever...'
