... dinner at Shokudo
SinYee came over to Singapore for a few days so we met up with the rest (Kuantan friends) for dinner at Shokudo, Raffles City. We went there earlier for some shopping - Mun was having fun at the children playarea near Robinsons.
Mun had nearly the whole cup of chawanmushi and some rice + chicken
We had specifically asked for seats near the playarea in Shokudo. There's only 1 slide but the kids were having fun!
The kids were not very happy when we brought them back to our seats for some rest...
In the end - back to the playarea...

17 months old!
Mun2 is 17 months old today! We will be starting to mark her height at one of the walls in our house :)
Some updates about her progress:
She can say Mama, Papa, star, moon, car, dog, bear, duck, owl, A (letter A), moo (cow), meow (cat), daa-da (panda)
She can clap her hands, flying kiss, shake hands and hi-five
She likes to eat cakes, fruits (esp banana), rice, chicken, fries, corn, steamed egg, ice cream
She can recognise shapes - star, circle, oval, square, rectangle, heart shape

Happy Father's Day!
We had a lazy day - spend shopping at Millenia and Marina Square. We stopped for tea at Killiney Kopitiam and Mun2 had her Kaya toast

Happy Birthday, Hanafi & Shafie!
Hanafi is 6 and Shafie is 3! Sani organised a party at McDonald's Ridout for their big day :)
As usual, when Mun2 first saw all the people at the party, she would cry - LOUDLY
After pacifying her (literally), I had to put her at a corner on her own - maybe she's shy...
For her Happy meal, I chose chicken nuggets, fries and apple juice for her. She had her lunch before she came but she was like so hungry!

This was about half an hour after she got her happy meal - still eating!
They had to stop eating and play games - Mun2 doesn't know how to play but seems like she wanted to join them. Not shy anymore!
She tried to join them for musical chairs as well...

Cake cutting! One cake each - no fighting!
