... playing with Kei Kei

Kei kei loves playing with Mun mun. She is a very good big sister. She gave a lot of things to Mun - all her baby toys and clothes, stroller, car seat, baby chair, rocker, sarong, bolster, pillow, books, CDs ... you name it! When Mun needs to change her nappy, Kei will want to help. Whenever Mun moves in the sarong, she will quickly swing it. Whenever she cries, she will ask her if she needs milk. When Mun dropped her pacifier, Kei will quickly put it back into her mouth. Sometimes, we think that maybe Kei treat Mun like a baby doll... erm... Baby Alive? ;)

Mun likes the guitar! PCA simply plucked some strings and she happily 'sang-along' with the melody... even though it was a weird one ;) I'll play some songs for her once I get it tuned... ages since I touched it. Lots and lots of Oasis, ha ha! Poor neighbour ^_^ Maybe I should learn some children songs...

... dinner at Garuda nasi padang

We had dinner at Garuda on Sunday night with Sharon and Ava, since they are now back in Singapore. It was ala carte buffet and we had lots and lots of curry! Darren was soaked in ice water by one of the waiters - they then gave us free desserts to compensate his wet t-shirt :)

...Kyra's birthday dinner at Depot Road

We celebrated Kyra's 7th birthday at her home on Saturday night. It was a simple dinner of nasi lemak and spaghetti, followed by cake-cutting, which ended with Ryan being punished to stand in a corner. Mun slept throughout the birthday song and cake cutting - maybe she was too tired from her day's outing at Vivocity.

We were glad that Kyra liked her presents - Little Mermaid barbie doll (her request) and High School Musical stationery set. We got an extra present for her as she had always been a very good girl :)

...shopping

We went shopping for Kyra's birthday present at Vivocity. Mun-mun had fun at Toys R Us and Daiso, and slept through lunch at Kim Gary. She was cranky when we brought her to the baby room for feeding (twice!) but kept quiet once we were back in the shops. Then we realised that she wants to walk around instead of being fed... even thought she was very hungry! The future shopping princess... look how happy she was trying on glasses at Daiso :)

...teethers & fingers

Mun-mun had been putting her fingers, fist and mitten into her mouth very often now. She gets frustrated sometimes when she can't get her fingers to 'fit' into her mouth. I got her some cute teethers, hopefully to satisfy her... and she likes them!

Yee-yee, Yee-jeong and Kei-kei came over and got me my favourite muffins :) and to play with Mun-mun as well.

First post

The first post is normally titled, er, first post, yah?

Anyway, this blog is for updates of my especially special precious tot, Jessica Mun-Mun.
Yesterday, she was exactly 3 months old :)
It was also Kyra's 7th birhtday. Happy birthday Kyra!
